WHAT IS A DCCD CONTROLLER?
DCCD Controller is a digital processing system with specialized inputs and an output to the center differential.
DCCD Controller adjusts the amount of torque distributed between front and rear axle based on readings from the inputs such as throttle position sensor or a dual axis G-sensor.
Older systems were using static maps to calculate the output. The modern systems use predicting and adapting algorithms.
High accuracy of the G-sensor and the location being close as possible to center of gravity of the vehicle are key to operation of the DCCD Controller.

This system is infinitely adjustable between fully locked and unlocked levels.

This product is specifically designed for swapped cars, and includes everything required for manual DCCD operation, including a properly designed and calibrated custom control module in a water resistant enclosure, with a nice adjustment knob for setting the locking force, this system is infinitely adjustable between fully locked and unlocked.
You can also option an STi thumbwheel control for an OEM look. (See options at bottom of this page.)
Each control module is fully bench tested prior to shipment.
